These are the terms that govern your use of Fittada. They're written to be fair and straightforward. By using the app, you agree to them.

Using Fittada

Fittada is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool. You're welcome to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. To access the full app, you'll need to create an account and maintain an active subscription. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Your Account

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Fittada. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are being used in bad faith.

Subscriptions and Billing

Fittada is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — if something's wrong, reach out and we'll do right by you.

Your Data

The content you log in Fittada — your workouts, meals, and progress — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over it. By using the app, you give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

What We're Responsible For

We work hard to keep Fittada reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be available 100% of the time or that it will always be error-free. The app and its content are provided as-is. Fittada is a tool to support your fitness goals — it's not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always use your judgment, and consult a professional if you have any health concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fittada and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you've paid to us in the past twelve months.

Intellectual Property

Everything in the app that isn't your content — the design, code, branding, and features — belongs to us. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, or use any part of the app outside of its intended purpose.

Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the app or these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about meaningful changes. Continued use of Fittada after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You can stop using Fittada at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated, with or without notice depending on the circumstances.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Canadian courts, unless we agree otherwise.
